The GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team duo of Remy Gardner and Stefano Manzi wrapped up the Dutch Round in TT Circuit Assen with 14th and 15th place finishes in Race 2, securing valuable points after a challenging weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the morning Warm Up, Gardner approached the Superpole Race with confidence. In the ten lap sprint, the Australian fought hard for a top-nine finish that would have secured a third-row start for Race 2, but narrowly missed out at the final corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting from 11th on the grid, the 28-year-old showed promising pace in the early stages of Race 2. However, grip issues in the closing laps made it difficult to maintain position, with Gardner ultimately crossing the line in 14th after a determined effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other side of the garage, rookie Manzi continued his steady progression. After finishing 16th in the Superpole Race, he lined up 20th for the final race of the weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making a strong start, the reigning WorldSSP Champion demonstrated solid race pace, closing in on the group battling for the top ten. He remained competitive throughout, eventually finishing 15th after a tough final-lap fight, securing another World Championship point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GYTR GRT Yamaha WorldSBK Team will return to action in two weeks\u2019 time for Round 4 at Balaton Park, Hungary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>\u201cThis wasn\u2019t the weekend we were aiming for, but today we pushed hard and tried a few changes. The Superpole Race was decent, and it\u2019s a shame to have missed out on the top nine at the final corner. In Race 2, our early pace was quite strong, but I struggled more in the latter stages and lost a couple of positions. Now we focus on what\u2019s ahead \u2014 the potential is there, and we\u2019re determined to show it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt wasn\u2019t a bad way to end the weekend. Of course, we\u2019re aiming for more, but we have to take the positives from each round, and the progress we made here is encouraging. We took a step forward in the Superpole Race and improved further in Race 2, finishing on a positive note. We\u2019ll build from here and head into the next round with confidence, knowing there\u2019s still plenty of room to improve.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
