Sara S\u00e1nchez and Natalia Rivera are ready to return to action this weekend at Donington Park, Great Britain, as the Terra&Vita GRT Yamaha WorldWCR Team tackles Round 3 of the FIM Women\u2019s Circuit Racing World Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both riders will compete aboard their Yamaha R7 machines, following a strong showing in Cremona, where S\u00e1nchez and Rivera delivered consistent performances and solid results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, S\u00e1nchez claimed a double podium in the UK and is now aiming to build on that success and fight for even more in 2025. For Rivera, it will be her first-ever appearance at Donington Park. She plans to make the most of Friday\u2019s free practice sessions to get confidence with the Yamaha R7 and adapt to the circuit quickly and find a strong rhythm on the iconic British track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The weekend will kick off with Free Practice and Superpole qualifying on Friday. Race 1 is scheduled for Saturday at 12:20 local time, followed by Race 2 at the same time on Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sara S\u00e1nchez: <\/strong>\u201cWe\u2019re finally back racing, and that\u2019s what matters most! I\u2019ve trained a lot during the break and feel fully prepared for this round. Last year I was fighting for the win here, and this time I\u2019m aiming to improve on that performance. I can\u2019t wait to be back on track\u2014we\u2019ll do our best to enjoy the weekend and hopefully have stable weather, though we\u2019re ready for anything, as conditions in the UK can change quickly.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m really excited to start this new season and to continue working with the team. Last year was an important learning experience for all of us, and we made constant progress throughout the championship. Now it\u2019s time to take the next step. We finished 2025 close to the front group, and the goal this season is to be there consistently and fight for our first podium. I feel more confident, more prepared and more determined than ever. Having Maria as a teammate is a huge opportunity \u2014 she\u2019s a benchmark in this championship, and I want to learn everything I can from her. I\u2019m hungry to improve and ready to prove myself.\u201d <\/strong>\u201cIt\u2019s been a while since the last round, and I\u2019m really excited to be racing again! I worked hard during the break to be ready for this event and the rest of the season. My goal is to keep improving and stay consistently near the front. This won\u2019t be my first time at Donington, but I\u2019ll need to adapt to the Yamaha R7, so I\u2019ll focus on adapting as quickly as possible.
