She won the RFME Spanish Women’s Yamaha R3 Cup in 2016. Later in 2021, Sara finished second in the Women’s European Cup overall standings, just one point shy of the title. She also took part in two rounds of the WorldSSP300 championship that year.
In 2024, she took part in the inaugural FIM Women's Circuit Racing World Championship, taking two wins, nine overall podiums, one pole position and four fastest laps in the race, finishing the season in third place in the overall standings.

In 2022 she stepped on the podium in the FIM Yamaha bLU cRU World Cup, a result she repeated the following year with an excellent second place in Race 1 of the SuperFinal. Also in 2023 she took part in the FIM Women’s European Championship, taking six podiums and finishing in second place overall.
In 2024 he won the title, thanks to seven podium finishes.
